The Resource Teacher supports high-quality classroom instruction and child supervision across the center by providing flexible coverage, small-group instruction, and individualized support. This role helps maintain consistent routines, strong teacher-child interactions, and safe learning environments while assisting lead and assistant teachers as needed.
