VPK Teacher Job Summary
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging, age-appropriate learning environment for 4-year-old children. The teacher will deliver curriculum in a way that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth, while preparing students for kindergarten success.
Key responsibilities include planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and building strong relationships with both students and their families. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child are crucial.
**Qualifications**:
- Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching preschool or VPK students.
- Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and VPK standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
